The INSTALLS inc operating and communication systems have been developed and are continually enhanced jointly by an in-house team and Dyrect Media. We react immediately to the receipt of an order at our headquarters by EDI, E-mail, or FTP bulletin board. Utilizing highly trained multilingual call center customer representatives, as well as an efficient computerized warehouse, orders from all over America are processed every day, seven days a week.

Our systems perform very well and consumer feedback is extremely positive. That's why INSTALLS inc has contracts to manage the installations for major retail chains (representing over 8,000 stores) operating in all 48 contiguous states.

State-of-the-Art Communications: DOLI
DOLI (Digital Online Interface) is the INSTALLS inc proprietary browser based communication system. It allows instantaneous communication of new orders, escalations, completions and reporting between INSTALLS inc, our clients and our technicians.

INSTALLS inc uses a customized suite of software that produces the best possible planned schedule of work, maintains the most efficient schedule as circumstances change, and allows us to immediately review implementation, as well as identify potential for improvement.
